If Shiloh Manor Farm/Shiloh Memories, LLC is unable to fulfill this obligation for any reason under this contract, the entire deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation by the couple, one-half of the deposit will be refunded if Shiloh Manor Farm/Shiloh Memories, LLC is able to rebook another wedding on that date.

50% of the rental fee is due at booking. Final payment in full will be due two one (1) month prior to the Wedding Day. At that time, a refundable damage deposit of $1000 will also be due, as well as proof of wedding liability insurance. The damage deposit will be returned to the couple within two (2) weeks of the event once the property has been inspected for any potential damage during the event, or any excessive cleaning was needed.

Yes, we do. Wedding liability insurance coverage is required to host a wedding at Shiloh Manor Farm/Shiloh Memories, LLC. This insurance protects you and your guests if you are held liable for property damage or bodily injury. It will also cover any unforeseen circumstances associated with your special day. It is not expensive and is worth every penny. There are two policies required: a liability policy and a cancellation policy. The cost of the policies are reduced when you purchase them together. Wedsafe.com is our preferred insurer. The insurance policy must be presented four weeks prior to your wedding.

You may use any caterer you wish and can choose any option you would like from delivered pizza to a do-it-yourself potluck to a fully catered event. However, please remember that it is your responsibility to return the venue to the condition in which it was found prior to your event. Our preferred caterer is The Polished Foxx (www.thepolishedfoxx.com). Chef Erik is committed to local, sustainable agriculture and he uses the freshest, locally sourced foods. He is also a pleasure to work with! Please remember that we will need proof of liability insurance from your caterer one month before your event. You are responsible for scheduling a caterer or providing our own food service and returning the venue to the condition in which it was found. If not left clean and in the condition it was found prior to the event, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Shiloh Manor Farm/Shiloh Memories, LLC is a smoke-free and marijuana-free property and does not permit smoking of any kind inside or outside of the building. If there is evidence of any smoking inside the building, there will be a $800 cleaning fee charged.
You may use painters tape or non-damaging hooks such as Command Hooks to suspend lighting or décor but these might not adhere to the stone walls. Tacks, nails, or screws are not permitted. The use of candles is allowed; however, they must be contained in glass holders with the flame below the top of the container.
Signs may be placed around the outside of the building, or inside but please do not block our sign on Rt 287/Berlin Turnpike. Please choose a biodegradable, natural product for the flower girl and the bride and groom’s farewell such as birdseed. Please note rice is not allowed. Any damages to the property and/or equipment will result in an additional charge which will be deducted from the damage deposit and/or added to the final bill. Shiloh Manor Farm/Shiloh Memories, LLC does not provide or sell alcohol. You may bring your own wine, beer, cocktails, and signature drinks to serve at your event. We do require that the alcohol is only served by a licensed and insured mobile bartending service. If you select a mobile bartending service, they must provide their catering and liquor liability insurance certificate to us two weeks prior to your event. Wedding guests are not permitted to serve their own alcohol. No minors under the age of 21 may be served any alcohol. Alcohol service cannot exceed four hours. A soft closing must be conducted 30 minutes prior to the closing of the event or 10:30 pm, whatever is latest. By serving alcohol at your event, you assume responsibility for any and all liability for damages, injury, etc. due to its consumption.
While the building host and caterer take care of the facility, ultimately, the client is responsible to ensure that the venue is left in the same condition in which it was found. The Shiloh Manor Farm staff will take care of the floors and restrooms. All decorations and props you have brought with you need to be removed at the end of your booking period. All trash will need to be bagged in the trash bags provided and placed in the provided dumpster outside. ALL cardboard must be taken with you or you. There will be a $200 charge for any cardboard left behind after your event. Any excessive cleaning required will result in an additional cleaning fee.
