The Culinary Tour arrives in Alsace on October 1st at 7:00 pm at Shiloh Manor Farm. Chef Erik and I have developed a fantastic menu featuring the some of the treasures of Alsacian cuisine.

Alsatian cuisine is a hardy and delicious blend of French and German culinary traditions. It has a very different taste than Provençal cuisine!
